Monica did a great job from the initial viewing to the sale with great communication and commitment. The property was bought with a Kianga Ora which included number of time consuming activities even before the offer is signed. Monica handled this situation by nicely dealing with the vendors. She helped to negotiate the price also. Being a first home buyer and new to Invercargill, we had lack of knowledge in the process. Monica helped by providing all the information required. Never disturbed anybody’s normal life with repeated calls. Never lied, overestimated or exaggerate anything in order to make the sale somehow. Noted that there was a vendor declaration document about the property outlining most of the areas where the buyer needs attention. This was a going of up and above by Tall Poppy with compared to other real estate agents. Recommend her and Tall poppy specially as a first home buyer.

We had an amazing experience with Monica she was very friendly. She gave us space during our private viewing, wasn't pushy on her sales pitch. Some real estate agents have an answer or solution to everything wrong with a place. Monica just let us observe and think at our own pace and let us make our own mind on making an offer on the property. All round she has good morals displays buyers as people rather than customers. 10/10 From me

Monica made the whole process, from the initial query all the way through, a really great experience. We had been looking for a while, and dealt with numerous agents. But we felt none really got what we were looking for, or really bothered to connect with us.
