Andrew operated in a professional capacity for both Vendor and Purchaser, with us the purchaser, feeling like we had good communication and movement between parties.

Pip was very open, upfront and honest with me. As it was a long time since I had sold a house she provided all the information I needed and explained everything I needed to know. Pip kept me informed with regular updates via emails and txts and was available anytime I needed to get in touch with her. The whole experience was a good one and I’m pleased I chose Pip to market the property.

Kate was fabulous to deal with with the sale of our home and as we are overseas we had to rely on phone calls and e-mails but she made it easy for us, she had great advise without being pushy and we had a great experience with her as our agent, everything went very smoothly, would happily recommend Kate Andrew

We first met Andrew as buyers. We so enjoyed our experience working with him that we wanted him on the other side when we chose to sell our house because we knew he would make the new buyers just as comfortable as he made us. Andrew is a great communicator, approachable, warm, genuine and someone you can trust - what more could you want in an agent ! Highly recommend

Selling our property seemed like a daunting experience, as we were selling our home in New Zealand while living as expats in Singapore. We needed an agent who would not only capably sell our tenanted Alexandra property, but would work with us through the entire sales process with experience, consideration and honesty. Rebecca was able to provide insight into what the property market was doing in New Zealand and advice she provided during the process ensured we were able to make informed decisions throughout. She was available at all hours to answer any questions and communicated effectively with us, keeping us updated daily. She explained things clearly and guided us through the entire process. Rebecca was highly knowledgeable about the best ways to market the property. Throughout the process we had complete peace of mind and ultimately secured a quick and hassle free sale. We could not have been happier with Rebecca and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to sell their property.

From the first moment of meeting Peter we felt very at ease with him. He was always assemble to give advice and steer us down the right path. Many things had changed since our last house purchase and Peter made the whole process easy. We have no problem recommending Tall Poppy and Peter for selling or buying a house from.

I felt at ease with Andrew from the first meeting. He gave advice with all the pros and cons on everything I asked about, he listened to my criteria for selling and we had a plan that both of us liked and agreed upon. I liked that he kept in touch regularly and I was also sent the information weekly with the figures of those looking on the web sites. Andrew knows his stuff and his experience shows when he talks with you. Thanks Andrew, I would recommend you 100%
