Andrew has sold two properties for our family. The first was a boasted and pier, and he realized a value for it that was well above what was anticipated or even dreamed of. The second was the family house, which was listed just as the market started to falter. Andrew provided us with good information and advice on how to proceed in what became a very challenging real estate market. The strategy worked as we have now sold at a price that was very good given the now almost stagnant market.
