Andrew and Polly both worked together to sell the house I bought. They were both absolutely fantastic. Polly explained everything to me about the entire process and made it so easy. Selling my forever property was confronting for me. I left NZ in 2012 for what was to be a short period in Australia and the property has been successively tenanted for 11 years awaiting my return. I now know I won't be coming back, I can't maintain it from afar, and it is deteriorating. Marie listened as I rambled through my emotionally conflicted story, then quietly helped me get the issues into focus and gently assisted me to decide what I really needed to do rather than wanted to do. There was no push, no pressure. It was like we had all day to talk about it..but I'm sure she didn't. I signed that day and then throughout the extended marketting period she kept me informed and up to date with what prospective vendors were feeding back, the stats of who was looking and anything else that needed to be said. She helped me through the realization as time went on that I would not achieve the price we both had hoped for and kindly arranged for seller requested maintenance work to be done to ensure our sale went through as planned.
