I would not recommend this agent, she failed to tell me that the vendor and myself had the same lawyer, told me the wrong information regarding the certificate title, she told me what she had would not be want the bank needed and to have the lawyer send through to the bank his copy, my mortgage broker told me this was incorrect and then sorted it out with Leanne. sent the signed purchase agreement to the old lawyer instead of the new. failed to send through certificate of title with purchase agreement to mortgage broker, had me fill in the pre settlement form, only to find out that she needed to have done this so it would have gone to the vendors lawyers as well as my own. It has now been over a month since I purchased the property and the sales sign is still up, even though I have contacted her twice regarding this.

And if there's anything else that you need to know Andrew is more accomodating to find out extra information. He take pride in what he does and makes sure that he is doing his very best for the owners and buyers. I been to the property that I have just brought twice and he was very accomodating.
