We met John at an open home and found him pleasant, professional and down to earth. On having John view our 2 properties for sale he was realistic in his appraisal without overstating their market values. He provided prompt feedback from the open homes which confirmed his initial assessment. He never once suggested we reduce the asking price on our one bedroom cottage and retained his enthusiasm over the whole time it was on the market.
