Not being a fan of real estate agents (or the process) I openly went into this expecting to be disappointed. However, I'm happy to say I have been converted thanks to the service of Keeley and her team. Excellent communication with clear expectations and an openness assured me the resulting process and outcome was far more important than just getting a sale itself. Combining fantastic staging, targeted marketing and a proactive strategy gave me 20% more on the sale price above other real-estate valuations. Would happily recommend Keeley and her team to anyone else going through the sale process.

Lydia went above and beyond - her communication was excellent. She updated me every time there was an update. She called every interested party and ensured everyone was informed. Lydia is professional and is clearly very well schooled on the law & processes. Lydia made me feel at ease and reassured with her prompt answers. I 100% recommend Lydia. Such an excellent result.

Keeley is so good at giving advice, assistance and knowledge. We felt that she had both our interests as well as the vendors interest at heart. Would certainly recommend her and make use of her service if needed.

Communication was 5 star, they went above and beyond when I needed help with extra things. Keeley & Niki made the whole selling process super easy. Everything done remotely, and a login to the website so we could see what was happeneing at any given time.

Strong local market knowledge and good communication style. Kate has a warm welcoming personality and many years experience in the Cromwell market. We have previously purchased via Kate and also enjoyed that experience. The market campaign was well organized and feedback from viewers concise and accurate. Negotiations were smooth and we were very happy with the result

Responsive and very helpful all the journey. We loved hearing the vendor preferred buyers and their sentiments about the property. The little details helped us make a decision. The papers carried confidence and Tall Poppy has established a niche of selling great value properties.
