Keeley was very responsive and prompt with communications and great to deal with.
Keeley did what she said. If she didn't know an answer to our question she would find out and promptly get back to us. Very genuine and knew about the property to help answer any questions. Kept us in the loop. I would be very happy to work with Keeley again in the future.

Andrew was clear,upfront and I found him honest and trustworthy.
I purchased a house in Dunedin with Andrew as the agent , there where a few minor complications as with many property sales but he was able to manage the process we'll. Andrew is relaxed and easy to get along with and I will definitely consider him as real-estate agent if I sell property in the future.

hand-holding from the start to the end
Andrew and Lydia have been exceptional. As first time buyers and new to NZ, they helped out load to figuring out the basics of house market and allowing us to securing our first home. Andrew in particular was always ready to calm us down in the moment of panic and explaining processes, how to overcome difficulties, and advising us on how to approach the steps ahead. Lydia showed us the house many times, allowing our trusted building expert to have a survey twice, to be extra sure. We are very grateful to both of them!

Excellent and professional
Andrew really guided us through the sometimes complicated process of selling our first house. He was always available and contactable when we had questions and always had answers to our questions and concerns. Ours was not the easiest of sales but his experience and knowledge of market conditions always made sure we felt we were fully informed and were in a position to make good decisions. From the first phone call to the surprise gift hamper at the end, both Kelley and Niki were exceptional to deal with. I’ve worked in sales for the last 20 years+ and was more than impressed with their speed of comms, efficiency and willingness to help make things happen. It was a hard place to sell, but Leanne got it done.
Very helpful and professional, took me through the selling process and had the rite advice when things got tough. Felt like she had my best interests in hand till the house sold. Definitely not the easiest house to sell or in the best market. Well presented, excellent communication and flexibility. Thank you for all your help it has been very appreciated.
