From the minute we met Keeley, nothing was difficult, rather an easy obstacle to overcome. Having gone through this process once before, we both dreaded and postponed having to deal with the mounds of difficulties that we were expecting. Keeley’s personable approach and communication style definitely helped us to make our final decision on a house. Due to the knock on effects of Covid, we’d effectively been “spoilt” with an abundance of properties in Cromwell. Arguably, yes- the house did sell itself; but when coupling the house with an agent who is able to make not only the process smooth, but give you a sense of understanding- it makes the decision so much easier.
