Honest realiable hardworking gets results

Takes the stress away
Selling a house from overseas can be very stressful but with the help of Iain Alpine it has been less stressful than anticipated. Iain was recommended to me by my previous NZ employer and friend whose granddaughter also had a house sold by Iain. Iain has gone beyond expectation. He went through all the documents in depth over the phone. Any questions we had were answered in terms that we would understand. He has helped with technology when I couldn't get documents put into a file. He always accommodates us with the time difference with Scotland. He really did take a lot of the stress out of selling our house from overseas and I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic agent, worked hard to sell my home
