It was with trepidation that we decided to sell the home which had been ours for the past 8 years. We have been very happy here but it is time for us to move on. Iain had great market knowledge, he sold the neighbouring property just under a year before ours so was familiar with our little area. He was a great communicator, everything was stated clearly and honestly and Iain was incredibly professional. He’s a lovely down to earth guy and was easy to get along with. Willie was recommended by a friend, I explained the urgency in selling Mum's house, he met with us and explained the process so clearly, he put the wheels in motion so quickly, within a few days we had our first open home, he kept us updated on a regular basis, and was always open to answer any quieries.
