After contacting Willie and 3 other agents for an appraisal, Willie’s was received by the end of the following day, Some other agents still hadn’t gotten back to us within a week. Once we decided to go with Willie he had the photographer there the next morning a Tuesday, by Wednesday night it was online on various sites. First open home that Sunday, and offers that evening. The house was sold by the following Wednesday. So sold within a week, for above expectations. Willie had personal experience of doing his own renovation, so he had great advice on how to market ours, he was prompt, replied to all our questions immediately, friendly and reliable. I can’t recommend a better Agent!

He was a great communicator, everything was stated clearly and honestly and Iain was incredibly professional. He’s a lovely down to earth guy and was easy to get along with.
