We chose Iain to market and sell our property, and from the get go we found him to be knowledgeable, honest, professional, and friendly. The advice he gave us along the way included things we could do to improve the presentation and marketing of the property, which also improved the resulting sale price, along with market conditions and the like. He also proved to be very thorough, and communicated with us regularly throughout the sale process. His advice proved to be spot on, and our property sold very quickly.

Iian knew everything we wanted to know as buyers. It was obvious from the start buyers and sellers were interests were important to him, other realestate agents we gave dealt with came across very selfish, we didnt feel that AT ALL. As well as being efficient and knowledgeable, he was a very personable, and took alot of the stress away. He was quick to contact us with any information, and explained things in a way that we weren’t left scratching our heads. Very much recommend Iian for selling/buying. We will be using Iian for future realestate.
