Great agent to work with
Iain was knowledgeable about the local market and had sold a number of properties in the same area. His communication was great and was always available. Iain was realistic with price expectations and got a very good price for our property which exceeded all our expectations.

Buying a house through Iain
Iain was fantastic to deal with through the whole process of buying my home. Extra mile service
My elderly (in 90s) mother is both somewhat deaf and completely computer illiterate. lain repeatedly made extra effort to see that she was well informed of progress as this property was sold. He was at all times professional and pleasant to deal with. Mum would happily seek his help on any future property sales.
