This sale was not a straight forward sale as it was because of a death with no will. Iain was very professional and talked us through everything. We feel that Iain obtained the best result for us and was in constant communication. The Sales plan was very well marketed and with the help and suggestion of staging the property showed and photographed it at its best. He was also in constant contact with possible buyers and we had weekly reviews. We would highly recommend Tall Poppy as a Real Estate Company to go with.
