All this while the market was getting worse and worse and no sections were selling at all. Iain consistently stayed in touch with both myself and the buyer and gave weekly personalized feedback, not just a summary of the views on the sites. Then when the buyer decided not to sell after the contract became unconditional, he worked really hard to renegotiate a deal, so that the sale could go ahead.
