Excellent result from Iain in a declining property market. Hard sale for a house and land package but Iain got it across the line with a fantastic sale price. Great communication from Iain with weekly updates, nothing was an issue. Highly recommend Iain, we will be using him in the future.

From the beginning, I was impressed with Tammy’s approach, she was transparent, professional, personable, honest and down to earth, which made working alongside her easy. Tammy exhibited attention to detail, patience, dedication, was hard working and hands-on; all showing she definitely has a passion for what she does. Tammy was able to advise me on the best approach when selling my house. This was no easy task as most of our communications were over the telephone and internet. Tammy made herself available day or night to answer questions and provide direction. Tammy remained flexible in accommodating my schedule and whims, jumping through hoops and was always willing to go the extra mile, which made everything simple. Tammy remained calm and confident through the entire process and I felt I could trust her to act in my best interests. Tammy made a potentially stressful and difficult process seamless and relatively straightforward. Tammy is a true professional at her job. She did not only put the pleasure in selling my house, the second one for me, but made sure I was stress free all the way. It was fun having Tammy, as she is such a bubbly, vibrant person to work with and to get a SOLD at the end is the icing on the cake.
