From the first conversation with Tim and talking with him he knew what we were looking to achieve and the type of house that we were looking for. I met up with Tim and after looking at just one house I knew that Tim had found the home that met all of our requirements. After taking photo's and showing them to Julie we arranged another viewing with the both of us. We proceeded to work with Tim and kept him informed with our house sale and once we had a buyer for our house we went back for another viewing but this time with a couple of comparison properties to look at and to look at possibly having a fallback property if our first selection did not work out. We looked at a second property and decided that this would be become our fallback property because it also met our needs. With all the hard work from Tim negotiations on the first house failed and after working with Tim and his experience of the area and the long term value we could put into the property we decided to purchase the fallback property at a price cheaper than out first selected property. Julie and I cannot thank Tim enough for not only guiding us and finding a property that meets our requirements but also becoming friends along the way and we both will be promoting Tim and Tall Poppy for all the hard work they put into what they do. Another stand out feature for us is that with all the pictures and video etc one of the things that Tall Poppy do is show a floor plan of the house . I strongly recommend any of the team in Taumaranui and especially the knowledge and friendship made with Tim and not forgetting Lara

I have found my dealings and interactions with Tim, Natalie and Lara to be very professional but you also know that they are real people. Their knowledge in the area is spot on as is their marketing and pricing. As this house sale was a deceased estate property Tim was thoughtful of this in a few areas where it mattered and kept us all informed of progress and dealings with the lawyer.
