Tim has been an amazing agent! Super helpful, extremely considerate, super reliable, responsive and just all round, a good bloke! To be honest, I've never really enjoyed interacting with Real Estate agents, I find them for the most part to be pushy, snobby and self invested. Tim has been a breath of fresh air! He has shown me that not all real estate agents fit this cliché! His relaxed, friendly and non pushy manner was what put him aside from the rest! In all honesty I actually turned down another cheaper property at Raetehi purely because the agent was insufferable.
