To be honest, I've never really enjoyed interacting with Real Estate agents, I find them for the most part to be pushy, snobby and self invested. Tim has been a breath of fresh air! He has shown me that not all real estate agents fit this cliché! His relaxed, friendly and non pushy manner was what put him aside from the rest! In all honesty I actually turned down another cheaper property at Raetehi purely because the agent was insufferable. We had been looking for ages for a little property in the hills that suited our family. Finally found one just before Christmas, the worst possible time to buy a house. Debby met us out at the property on a holiday and showed us around. She introduced us to neighbors to we could get a feel for the area. Answered all our questions and got extra answers from the owners about the property. She was great sending offers back and fourth and never pressured us to go higher.
