Werner was very involved and very helpful from the outset of the process of selling my property. He explained to me the procedure he was going to go through, and then did it with the minimum of fuss. Always easy to talk to , he had the patience to guide me through what the process of selling my house would be, and he managed to do just that in what seemed like a very short time. I always had the real impression that Werner was going the extra mile for me . On Open days he was always punctual, and directions and signs to the Open Home were planted in the ground in the mornings, even though the house wasn't 'Open' till the afternoon. He was in regular contact with me throughout the process to keep me updated when it was necessary to do so, and I would have no hesitation in engaging with Werner again, to sell or buy a property. In short, I am very happy with the service.
