Susan’s attention to detail and the level of personal attention Susan gave to our sale stood out to us from the beginning. She was always fully prepared, reliably early to meetings and open homes, proactive in keeping momentum in the campaign and consistently kept us informed throughout the campaign with clear communication and thoughtful reporting. We were also impressed by her marketing approach. She made excellent use of social media and digital marketing tools to broaden the reach of the property, and it was clear she understands how to present a home effectively in today’s market. At the same time, she didn’t just follow a standard formula —she clearly thought carefully about how and when to showcase the home to maximise buyer interest. For example, Susan scheduled open homes when the tide would best highlight the estuary views, which showed she was focused on presenting the home at its absolute best rather than simply fitting viewings into a convenient time slot. Another thing we appreciated was the network of contacts Susan was able to draw on. Whether it was gardening, photography, or advice around logistics and moving after the sale, Susan had trusted people she could recommend. That made a number of small but important tasks much easier for us. We also appreciated how open she was to our ideas throughout the campaign. For example, Susan took on our concerns about getting people to come down our driveway by getting signs made to inform buyers that there was plenty of parking, which encouraged people to drive in with confidence and view our home. When offers came in, Susan handled the negotiations calmly and strategically and helped us navigate the process with confidence while always keeping our best interests front of mind.
