I had looked around lots of houses to look at the market and had met lots of real agents but they made me hesitate to decide. From the first moment I met Werner at the Open Home, I felt that I was in safe hands. Trust is very important to me and there was not one moment of doubt while dealing with him. He was well informed and was always able to answer my questions. I had lots of questions for a long time but he was willing to answer all my questions and at least I could feel that he was not just trying to sell this house but building connections with buyers. Even after that whenever I requested further information / documents etc, he responded and sent everything through email and phone very quickly. He has a very kind attitude, was always approachable, guided me through the whole process and was very thorough and patient with me. With personal difficulties as a non-English speaker from another country, it was not easy to buy a house by myself but he gave me lots of good advice and information, which I truly appreciate about him and I am very sorry it took too long to write review. I don't want to write just simple meaningless review about you. I still owe you a wine, if there's any chance to sell a house around me please let me know before you come! Whenever I come to sell my property in the future, I will not hesitate to engage Werner definitely! You are awesome!
