Selling a property from overseas is never easy especially during Covid but Janet was really friendly and approachable from the beginning to end. Janet and her team remained in touch throughout the process and quickly answered questions and kept us informed. Janet used her experience and effective marketing strategy to ensure our expectations were exceeded and the property was quickly sold. The fee maybe fixed price but the service is exceptional with the team going above and beyond normal as we were not able to visit the property ourselves. Interestingly this review comes from the point of view of the buyer of a Tauranga property rather than a seller. Janet went out of her way to make the viewing happen. If Janet hadn't gone the extra distance I would never have seen the property let alone become its' purchaser. I'm well aware that in this case Janet was working on behalf of the sellers but I was always kept in the loop and any queries I had were always answered promptly. I have a feeling that Janet likes to match her properties with their optimum buyer thereby creating really good outcomes for both the vendor and the purchaser. All in all, Janet is not only the ultimate real estate professional but also a thoroughly pleasant person to deal with.
