From the outset, Susan had done her homework in regards to our house sale. She had VERY RECENT and RELEVANT market knowledge and sales history to talk through with us. This instilled confidence in her ability to sell our house at the price guide discussed. She was always very positive and confident about the sale of our house which was refreshing. Problems/changes weren’t issues, they were just tasks to work through for her and we really appreciated her positive attitude and easy nature through it all. Always professional, always clear open communication, and we always felt she was working with our best interest at heart. All in all , highly recommended.

We invited the top 4 agents in Tauranga to provide an appraisal for our house. Janet, in our opinion, was a different class. Her appraisal was on point, realistic, relevant, and well balanced. Nothing over or under-stated, no ridiculous claims. Her market knowledge was relative and timely. While very pleasant and professional, we felt her competitors all focused (very firmly) upon themselves. They all directly and swiftly defaulted to 'you have to go to auction with this house'. We had food trucks turning up, dancing girls, soft lights, and music all in the proposed lined up for the auction! The first 2/3 pages of their appraisals were all about them and how brilliant they were, nothing about our house, the market, the conditions, the strategy, how recent auctions have performed, how many passed in, etc. It was like a Broadway show! Maybe we're out of touch with how selling a house works these days? We preferred to be more focused upon the depth and quality of the marketing, photography, personality, reliability, knowledge, and the ''could we really work together" factor? Janet's communication skills are well balanced. She manages to remove the emotion from the conversation with finesse, ensuring you are kept well informed of market conditions, predictions, and local sales data. And all for a very competitive commission fee. Clearly, Janet is an ambassador in this field. So pleased we made the right decision! We would recommend her services in a heartbeat to anyone.
