After meeting with several agents, we decided to go with Janet O'Shea from Tall Poppy Real estate. She was very professional, had a finger on the pulse as far as the market was concerned and was decisive in the best way for the property to be marketed given the current climate. I felt she was honest and to the point and didn't have needless communications with us. Some of our vendors were not in Tauranga and the provisions for out of town signatures was made simple with docusign. We were very happy with the price she obtained for us and the reduced commission rate when compared with other Real estate companies. I would highly recommend her for your next home sale.

Selling your house is super stressful, especially selling a lifestyle block! Janet was clear, concise, helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process and we felt very cared for.
