Kia ora. We had the pleasure of working alongside Annette to sell our whanau home of over 40yrs. Initially we obtained 3 x appraisals, and chose Annettes because, although it wasn't the highest, i felt it was more realistic and upon meeting her, she has a lovely nature yet professional demeanor. Throughout the process, she maintained verbal and email communication. She reviewed the market regularly with us and made recommendations. She explained the various options, hazards, potential problem areas and respected our decisions and choices. She was very empathetic to our connection with our home and was always respectful. Moved through the process quite quickly. Lots of photos and marketing which was appreciated. Recommendations regards getting ready for sale was great. Regular updates from open homes and stats given regards viewings online were very interesting.Appreciated seeing up to date sale prices of other homes in the area too, to keep an eye on the market. Documents explained well. Very professional in her approach. Would thoroughly recommend as an agent for others.
