Alison was awesome. She sold my house in 2007 and I had no hesitation or second thoughts about asking her to do it again. Post earthquake selling is a different and much more complicated process and she guided me through it with excellent communication and support. I really felt that I could be honest and upfront with her as she was with me. Our first meeting was full of valuable information, she came very prepared and answered any queries knowledgeably and provided a full explanation of the process. . Alison was always very professional and at the same time friendly and supportive. She has an excellent knowledge of the area and is now helping me buy another house. She is incredibly hard working but at the same time I never felt that my property and needs were not important to her. As Alison had successfully sold my previous properties, there was no question I was going to engage her again to sell our family home of 70 years. Alison has the ability to tap into her wide range of potential buyers and, right from the first open home, attendance numbers were exceptional and exceeded 100 parties over the 3 week marketing period. With the potential a large section offered, Alison was kept extremely busy and practically “lived” at the address with plenty of private viewings. Alison is such a hard worker and she diligently solved a few curveballs and complications that came with a post-earthquake section. Selling a house can be stressful but Alison’s experience, local knowledge and friendly manner reassures her clients and makes it a pleasure to work with her. She is extremely well organised and her prompt and informed communication throughout was much appreciated. My brother and I were so happy with the number of registered bidders at the auction and the fantastic result Alison (and her amazing Auctioneer Lisa) achieved for the property.
