I had a previous experience selling a similar property about 20 years ago and was very disappointed with the process, advice and outcome. So I was somewhat wary about engaging a real estate agent again. However, Josh and Joseph certainly showed how a property should be marketed and believe the service, knowledge, communication, commitment and professionalism they provided was exceptional throughout the entire process. It is so worthwhile and important to have the right agent and am very grateful to them for making it such a stress-free process. They certainly earned their commission - and some! I had no idea how much work they did behind the scenes. Josh was very accommodating and understanding about any concerns or changes I wanted - and nothing was any problem anytime. Selling your home is a major life event and they clearly understood and respected that vendors might not be the easiest people to work with at times. I would absolutely recommend Josh and Joseph in the future. Joseph is just beginning his career in real estate and with his friendly positive attitude and Josh's mentoring I think he has made a great career choice. Thanks guys for your great service - it was so reassuring I could just leave it to the professionals to deal with everything.

Has we live in the UK we only met Josh a few times whilst we where in NZ. Josh came across a very strong character, showing confidence and a good knowledge of his field of work. When we got back home Josh kept us informed on how the sale was proceeding at every stage guiding us as to who was visiting the property and indicating on the price buyers were thinking of paying for the property. At the auction Josh and his colleague managed to get a deal over the the line with the buyer which was acceptable to us. So a big thank you to Josh and hope other potential vendors feel confident in his ability.
