I think your true colours came out when I locked the house with the keys inside just before a house viewing. You were composed and had a genuine concern for me that I need not worry about it. I appreciated your constant positivity throughout the weeks of selling my home. Your initial ideas on how to present the house for buyers and for connecting to potential buyers through different avenues paid off. You listened to my preferences for a buyer. I was incredibly pleased when that happened at auction with your help in insuring the buyer bought the house at the amount suggested. You listened to the buyer too for his requests about renting the house until settlement was complete. The auction process went very smoothly for me. Alison’s knowledge and experience and deep commitment to her clients is exceptional. Nothing was a problem, and her communication was excellent. Alison was available seven days a week and almost always available by phone. Her experience and expertise made the whole process seamless. Her knowledge of the paperwork, property files and contracts are impressive. She worked tirelessly with potential buyers and without her experience in closing our deal, I doubt that we would have ended up sold.
