Barry sold me my house so who better to sell it. Both Nicole and Barry are true professionals with a lovely manor and with many years of experience. They made the sale for me easy. Keeping me well informed through out. I would certainly recommend them to any one that is thinking of selling.

My Mother was the Buyer on this Property, She was very nervous as my Father has passed and not around to help with these big decisions. From the moment we met Gavin I was Impressed, He was very respectful and friendly, thus giving my Mother some comfort. The transaction had a couple of minor bumps along the way, but Gavin took care of them fast and with honesty. All said and done this was one of the best Real Estate transactions I've been involved in. Gavin, I Thank You so much for your Compassion, Kindness, Professionalism and Honesty. Mum is loving the new house and you made it easy for her..... Kind Regards, Scott

I first met Barry 2 1/2 years ago when i asked a few agents to give an appraisal as i was thinking of selling my house. When it came around to selling this time i had kept only one of those appraisals and that was Barry's. Now the house is sold and im on my way to the next adventure. Barry ..... Friendly .. Knowledgeable ... easy to talk to and listens to what you want to do ... helpful and explains what you don't understand
