Gavin was recommended to me by a colleague who told me of the amazing service that their family had received. Initially I was a bit sceptical however, that soon changed. Gavin’s insightful recommendations with regards to the presentation of my property and his willingness to get stuck in and help with projects that were beyond my abilities like water blasting the exterior, cleaning cobwebs in the lounge and suggestions on staging the house was invaluable. From the very first time I met Gavin he struck me as being genuine and trustworthy. I was actually looking at a property for my nephew. When I decided to proceed with the sale of my home, I spoke with two other agents but was not impressed and asked Gavin if he would accept my instructions. He did. During the course of arranging the transaction, organising the open days and bringing people into the home to view, I felt completely comfortable and he gave me really great feedback. At the time of disclosing the offers received, again he was the very professional. I have since recommended him to another possible vendor who saw the sign at my gate and came in to question me about him. I thoroughly recommend him.

Gavin had a good knowledge of the property and area as well as realistic ideas of the property value. We were not trying to ‘steal a deal’ so Gavin was able to negotiate quickly and in detail to secure the deal fast. During the conditional phase we encountered a few issues that were dealt with very speedily. An excellent trade through a very knowledgeable and professional agent.
