It’s difficult to know where to start when reviewing our experience with Gavin. To say that he was excellent or that he went “above and beyond” doesn’t do him justice. Gavin exceeded our expectations in every way and he was a thoroughly lovely guy throughout the whole process. We’ve had experiences with other agents and it’s fair to say that we are totally spoilt now. Although I am undoubtedly biased, since Gavin is my son, I cannot speak highly enough of his work in selling my home. He was always professional and very understanding of how difficult it was for me to sell a loved home of 25 years. He showed his knowledge of the current market when advising me of the best way to sell my home. The advertising package, including a wonderful video walk through of the house and garden, along with Gavin’s friendly manner with viewers, was I am sure instrumental in obtaining a very quick sale, including a back up offer.
