We have previously bought through Barry & Nicole and given the ease of the process then we decided to use them again for our sale. Barry & Nicole made the sale process easy and we really enjoyed the experience of working with them. We took Barry’s advice during the sales process and it resulted in a great outcome. Nicole is just lovely and kept us well informed throughout. Thank you team Barry & Nicole.

We were very happy and impressed with the way Gavin presented the sale of our home. His professional and communication with us we couldn't fault. The little extras for example by offering barrister coffee to perspective buyers at our first open home made by Kirsty - (Gavin's wife) all added up to the assurance of achieving a fantastic result. The photos in advertising and the unique marketing of a deadline sale with a silent auction gave us a result more than we could of ever have dreamed of. We would thoroughly and highly recommended Gavin Leonard from One Agency to sell your home 100%. He is a nice easy going man and a good friend that gave us the result to go forward in buying our next home.

I found Barry & Nicole to be very attentive agents!! They delivered on what they promised which in reality is getting top price for your dwelling!! They set out a complete plan from listing dates, Photo's and video, open homes. The reporting back from viewings and individual showings was excellent. The One Reality sale system has to be the best!!! no messing around with auctions, deadline sales etc this system is in your control what more could you ask for in selling your prized possession!! If you want agents that are honest and realiable then get these two as Tina Turner says SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

We used Barry to sell our current property after purchasing a property from him and would highly recommend Barry for any Real Estate business. He made the process stress free for us and very enjoyable. We trusted his skill as a Real Estate Agent and his explanations were extremely helpful to us. Nicole was also great to work with and we wish them both all the very best in the future. John & Kerry

We have been looking at homes for 2 months and met up with Barry at the open home which we attended on 2 occasions. We informed him we were not confident with computers how ever he assured us that if we had problems with the process he would step us through it. His communication with us through the sale process was excellent

Gavin exceeded our expectations for his performance selling our house. We really did get over and above what wanted price wise. Excellent communication. Very friendly to deal with. Some non-traditional marketing methods that worked extremely well for us in this current market. I would absolutely recommend Gavin very highly.
