There's a lot to decide when you sell, but I felt well supported to make good decisions with Mike and the team patiently explaining the options. I found the communication excellent. We found Mike & Team Ledger to be very experienced and got our house sold in around three weeks, amazing. The house staging & marketing was really well done and clearly paid dividends. There were a couple of pre-existing issues with the house to overcome but were given sound and reassuring advice to navigate our way past them. Mike is also a very experienced and pragmatic negotiator. The whole process was really quite slick and I'd confidently recommend Team Ledger to anyone contemplating engaging an estate agent
