Sharlene quizzed us on what our expectations were for the property and ensured that we understood where the market was. She provided us with market information so that our expectations were realistic and adjusted her marketing strategy constantly to position us in the best place to achieve the sales. Communication was always to the forefront and making us aware of progress or not.

We had a great experience with Scott and the team throughout the process. Although we dealt primarily with another member of the team leading up to auction day, he stepped in on the day and was excellent. He was professional, helpful and supportive throughout the auction, and we really appreciated his help in getting us over the line with our purchase.
Team Ledger
Mike was a steady, experienced and honest agent for the entire process.

With the market in Wellington being so tough my initial expectations for my property were quickly bought back down to earth. I realised that i would need to meet a market and we did this with the excellent help of Josh Ledger. I found Josh was always on the lookout for potential buyers and made sure we continued with marketing plan to achieve this outcome. Thanks you Team Ledger for achieving the sale it was very much appreciated. If you are looking for a dedicated team to sell your house get in touch with Josh, Scott and the team. Thanks

We met the members of Team Ledger at a number of open homes when searching for a new home in the Hutt Valley. They were always welcoming, friendly and informative, and kept us up to date when new properties were available. We eventually bought at auction from them and were happy with the process. We've now both bought and sold at auction through Team Ledger. In both cases what could have been a daunting process was made fairly straightforward for us. They have a wealth of knowledge in the local market. Recommended!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Sharlene to sell our home. From day one, she was so friendly, approachable and honest (whether for good or bad), and we always felt we could trust her completely. Sharlene kept us updated throughout the whole process without overwhelming us, and she always took the time to explain things clearly. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and hardworking, and she really does go above and beyond. Even when things got challenging, Sharlene persevered and always stayed positive. She was committed to do whatever was needed to get the best result for us, and we truly felt she cared about us and our home. We are so grateful for everything Sharlene did for us and would happily recommend her to anyone selling their home. Thank you, Sharlene!
