Team Ledger have an excellent grasp of the current market in the Hutt Valley area and changing movements within the market. We found this to be very helpful when making our decision to list our home for sale with them. I cannot thank Team Ledger enough for the care and attention to detail they took in selling my childhood family home after the passing of my parents. They made the whole selling experience just so easy for me. Clearly explaining my options so I could make informed decisions. Communication between the team and myself was excellent, I was informed every step of the way. What was really inportant to me was from the first day Mike viewed the house and garden he reccommended what could be done to prepare the property for a successful sale. Reccommendations on exterior house clean and landscaping companies that I could use. Tania and Anne advising on, and organising, the interior staging for photos & open homes. Josh and Scott with their marketing skills, loved the video by the way Scott. The expertise carried right through to Auction day where I was looked after through the whole process. They knew this was a difficult sale of a house that had been in our family since 1961 and they treated me with care. A whole team effort, Team Ledger are like a well oiled machine.
