Just prior to Xmas we decided to place our investment property on the market. Team Ledger advised us on what the best marketing campaign would be for the property and this proved successful in securing us a price at the top of our expectations in a very short timeframe. Having a tenant in the property can be difficult when selling however Bryce managed to arrange viewings that were convenient for everyone & left everyone feeling happy. Mike was very accomodating given our restricted availability.
