Dealing with team ledger has been such a great experience. They were always available and putting in 110% effort. They helped me with staging, and the video was professional enough for 6pm news. Now that I'm buying I see the comparative lack of effort in other agents and feel bad for the seller.

Team ledger are amazing. They went above and beyond in helping with the sale of my mums estate family built property. Marketing was excellent, communication brilliant. "I can do that for you", nothing was a problem. Knowledge and advice pre during and post covid was great. Very professional friendly team. I have sold and brought homes during to to job relocations over the years. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had especially with the property being the home I was brought up in.

Scott impressed me from the start by coming to our initial meeting prepared with market research, initial estimates and a marketing plan. He kept the communication up throughout the process (essential because I know live overseas) and had many many potential buyers through property. I was also super impressed with how many potential buyers there were at auction. The house sold for a price far higher than expected, and I credit the sale price to Scott's motivation at finding potential buyers, and preparing them to make sure they were comfortable with the auction process. I would gladly recommend Scott to anyone who was wanting to sell their home.
