An absolute stellar result from both Fletch and Jase. As an agent myself, I was incredibly picky when it came to selecting an agent to represent me and market my property. I understand how complicated it can be selling a property that is tenanted, particularly when the owner is in a different city, but the team stepped up and maintained constant communication and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening throughout the process. The market shifted mid-way through the campaign, but Fletch and Jase both remained level headed, communicated well and adjusted the campaign accordingly, resulting in a successful sale with a figure I was very happy with. Fletch and Jase were incredibly professional throughout the entire process and I can’t speak highly enough of them. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending the lads to anyone looking to sell. We highly recommend Jeremy to be your real estate agent. His team is very professional and easy to communicate. We are living in Auckland and could not look after the property.
