Deb is a lively enthusiastic character and showed impressive knowledge of the current market (which at the time was pretty depressing from our point of view). She had buyers within a few weeks which unfortunately fell through for reasons beyond her control. She persevered though and was excellent at keeping us to date with progress of potential buyers and open homes. Once our purchasers made an offer she negotiated a fair price which was acceptable and the sale has proceeded without a hitch. We have no hesitation in recommending Deb.
