From the outset Arend connected with us. He had a great understanding of our local market, putting together a strong and compelling marketing strategy. Despite challenging market conditions, Arend ensured strong numbers through the door. Result: offer and acceptance. I’d recommend Arend to any prospective seller.

Arend got us through this sale and went above and beyond to get this sorted before Christmas. We had some personal challenges and he was always supportive, professional and kind. We can't thank him enough!

Jeremy and the team were fantastic and exceeded our expectations on the sale of our property. They worked hard to hold onto the only buyer at the end of a short deadline sale. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

As a first home buyer we were nervous. We recently had the pleasure of working with Felicity to buy our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first interaction, Felicity was incredibly understanding, attentive and helped us with the process as sometimes she went above and beyond. She kept us informed every step of the way and patiently answered all our questions, no matter how small or irrelevant. We felt supported throughout the journey and thanks to her hard work that we are now in a home that we absolutely love. She will be our go to agent in Palmy.

He was very helpful and accommodating with all the questions and everything about the house

Jeremy was honest and up-front recognizing the quirky nature of our house and who it would work for. He was willing to walk us through the process of selling and kept in contact throughout the process. Very enthusiastic about our house, especially when compared to another agent we considered from another (larger) company. Would recommend him to others.

Felicity has been amazing to work with. Not only was she available at all hours of the day and night, she was very supportive. She explained the process clearly and answered any questions we had about the house selling process. As a first time house seller, I was lost on what to do but Felicity made sure we were in full control of the process and supported us the whole way through. Would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for a friendly professional realtor!
