As a buyer it was very easy to work with Toni, she put me at ease and was patient and helpful as we moved through the many stages of viewing, bidding and purchasing. Good communication and a very friendly and pleasant person to deal with. And lots of follow up after the completion - couldn’t be happier! Thanks Toni 😊

Jamie has excellence for her market knowledge & professionalism and we would rate her very, very high. Her communication throughout the entire sale was impeccable, she would be available instantly and us vice versa. Her empathy towards us was amazing, she got to know us and what our needs were. She took all the stress out of selling our home and I would recommend her to everyone and anyone wanting to sell or buy your home. She is an amazing caring person and one of a kind. Thank you so much.

We entrusted Tania to sell an investment property for us as our circumstances changed, we needed a quick sale with good clean conditions . Tania advised on the best way to obtain these results , she explained everything clearly and honestly . She took total control and did what was needed to get the property to the market in a timeframe that we thought wasn’t possible. We were always kept informed of how open homes and viewings went . The final result was amazing with multiple offers and a young couple purchasing the property. Everyone was thrilled . Thank you so much Tania, we will definitely be using your services again in the future . Well done yo the new owners , hoping you have many happy years in your new home.

Throughout my dealings with Tania in selling my deceased father's home Tania has been thoughtful and professional. She was willing to work hard to gain the listing and seek cooperation from all parties involved. I felt Tania knew the area and the market really well and we had complete confidence she knew what she was doing. She met with neighbours and kept them informed of the one and only open home that was needed for the sale. Harcourts marketed the listing widely and provided great photos and information to the public and through skilful work Tania achieved a better settlement than we ever imagined. Tania's wisdom and maturity in dealing with people shone through. Really, there wasn't anything I could think she could have done more. She's a real sweetie and is in the perfect job for her skillset. A big thankyou to all the team at Harcourts!
