What an awesome result, listed one week and the next week sold. Thank you for your diligence in making this experience less stressful for me. Everything was straightforward and I appreciated how everything fell into place so efficiently and quickly. Made my life easier knowing I will be moved before winter sets in. Thank you again.

Working with Jamie in selling our house has been a great experience. She communicated well, kept us in the loop, gave us good insights, and just the sheer hard work she put in to get things done was very impressive. She went above and beyond to get us the results we were hoping for. Thank you so much, Jamie!

Debbie was my agent selling a property in Napier. It was a property with some challenges. The advice she gave was always professional and I felt she was very intuitive to what my expectations were. She also had to coordinate with the property manager running my Airbnb. This she did brilliantly, in a way that worked for all of us. Many thanks Debbie for a great result. I can confidently recommend her as your Land Agent

Understood what was needed for both the buyer and the seller. This got straight to where it needed to be and no time was wasted

Toni has been an amazing agent! I’ve bought and sold many times but have never used harcourts. Now, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Toni has been exceptional from the outset; excellent communication with regular check ins and feedback, or just a friendly call to ask how I’m doing or feeling about the process, Toni really had my back and best interests at heart. She achieved a result for me quickly and was guided by me during the journey as she fully supported and advised me. I cannot recommend Toni enough to others for their real estate journey.

Due to lack of similar properties for sale in our area, establishing a market price was challenging. More guidance from the agents in this phase would have been helpful. Having a set price from the beginning may have shortened the marketing process.

We were greeted with a smile every time we had contact with Toni. She was keen to please and showing us around was no problem for her.
