Toni has been in constant communication through out this process. Toni displays marketing knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism.Toni style has resulted in a quick sale which we truly appreciate.Toni marketing knowledge has given us insight to make informed decisions easier for us. Toni has been bold to negotiate with buyers to produce our current outcome. Toni professional approach toward selling our home has been impeccable. We have appreciated her delgence towards her work and has remarkable knowledge to resourcing contact's for tradies to help in renovations, required to our home.Toni has a proven to be a key asset, managing our affairs, providing necessary documentation with clarity,when things were confusing.We believe Toni approaches her job vary seriously and displays it best when she requires us to stay in contact with Tradies or ourselves in regards to signing important documentation.Selling a home for us has been a mammoth undertaking. The stress levels can be at times rather daunting and unwelcoming,but Toni has again proven to relieve us of such burdens by her support and care. I believe Toni is genuine towards her clients and wishes the best overall outcome to them and to the buyer as well. Very supportive throughout the whole process
Sharon and the Harcourts team took all the stress out of selling the property by means of friendly, professional and supportive interaction with myself and going over and above offering assistance with my elderly father whose property sale was an otherwise daunting but unfortunately necessary task.
