Jamie totally exceeded my expectations of an agent, which was lucky for me as I was an out-of-town seller! She was a consummate professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her...from sharing recommendations for cleaners, home staging companies and service companies to meeting with the service people to driving me to the auction and back.
