We went in not expecting to buy this property but came out with an extraordinary house via a great agent. Very short settlement that needed to be achieved with a change of date on our end after the fact that could have been an issue - but was handled simply and professionally. We first met Tania when she was having an open home for a neighbouring property. Some time later we decided to put our house on the market and because our Harcourts contact was no longer available we instantly thought of Tania. From our first meeting and through the whole selling process Tania was very professional and on top of her game. Tania's market knowledge is excellent and she has the ability to explain every detail of the selling process which is easy to understand. I believe a good sense of humour is an important tool to have and this tool helps Tania to relax her clients and gain their confidence.
