Mike listened to what I love about my home and together we created wording which helped convey that feeling. As he grew up in the Brook area where my home is situated he was very knowledgeable about its benefits and promoted these benefits to prospective purchasers. He was always honest and professional in his approach and was unendingly enthusiastic and positive. He also was honest in his opinions with me when needed. He is a great communicator and a real people person and I am sure that helps people connect to him and trust his answers to any questions they may have. Struan was very helpful and gave me excellent advice throughout the process. He helped me a lot in advising how to prepare the property for sale, and I really appreciated the excellent recommendations he made to get the tradesmen to do what was required. He undertook a lot of the initial preparation work himself, which was a great help to me as I was about to leave the country for 6 weeks. He kept me closely informed at all times, which I greatly appreciated. He was always very pleasant to work with and it seemed that nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He established an excellent rappore with everyone else involved in the sale. Struan is a competent, experienced agent who works very hard indeed to get the best sale for the vendor. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again myself of the situation arose.
