My expectations as to the value of the property were high. At the end of the day her estimate was achieved in this sale. Caroline acted in a professional manner in her handling of the marketing and sale stages. I was disappointed in the sale price but acknowledge that the market is a difficult one for vendors. I also recognise that I could (and possibly should have) passed up this offer. Sometimes it seems a balancing act.
