An agent that can sell
Our experience with Aiden was through Mike Beazley owner of Harcourts Whangarei, he introduced Aiden to us and we had two other agents from the mainstream real estate agencies present to us. We were taken by Aiden’s positive energy and his clear and concise sales and marketing plan. Julie and I had been involved in buying, developing property in Wellington for many years and had a strong relationship with Tommy Heptinstall who started Tommys in Wellington, so it was not our first time involvement in selling property. Aiden definitely achieved our goal of selling our property and we have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone who is wanting to sell their property, I promise you will not be disappointed and you also have the backing of Harcourts and Mike Beazley. The property was sold in 3 weeks of listing which was amazing.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
Kim is one of the most genuine real estate agents I’ve met. She is approachable, extremely responsive to any form of communication and is very reassuring. She consistently goes the extra mile and has excellent knowledge of the market. Buying a house can be stressful to say the least, especially buying pre Christmas, but Kim made it too easy! Working with her felt effortless, like having a real estate agent fairy on your side. Highly recommended!

Great communication and professional always got back to me.
Shontelle was so good with our granddaughter so that made it easier for us, we really appreciate her for that. Shortened went out off her way to help me with healthy home certificate and helped with rental visit. Because of her help and being so accommodating we went Harcourt rental agents.
