I had very limited face to face contact with Tracey. Our communications were mainly by phone, email or text message. At all times, she was thorough, professional, empathetic and very helpful. Any queries were answered promptly and fully. Based on my experience, I am certain that any prospective buyer or seller would be exceptionally well served by Tracey.

We used Jeremy to sell our property recently through a deadline sale and cannot fault the service we received from him. Throughout the process Jeremy was informative, honest and kept us updated with open home and private viewers feedback. We had several offers on our property which sold quickly and without hassle. We would not hesitate to use Jeremy again in future!

This was my first home purchase and Jeremy was extremely helpful in working through this. Would recommend working with him if unsure of the process for a first home.
