Impressive with the well organised and professional approach to the clients and make us comfortable enough by explaining about the process step by step. Make us feel comfortable to contact everyone in the team at anytime as a friend. Really happy with the service of whole Blanchard team . Appreciate the service of Ro Edgar and Megan as well. Highly recommended…

We enjoyed working with Tracey, she was wonderful at keeping us up to date with how open homes went etc. Great happy personality it was Mums unit and Tracey visited Mum in Margaret Wilson Home several times to keep her up to date as to how it was going. Mum also thought Tracey was wonderful! Harcourts should be very proud to have her in the team. If we were to list our home Tracey would definitely be the one to call.Keep up the good work Tracy

Exceptional property knowledge, very transparent with information, great communication and very flexible with time. It was my first-time buying property at the auction and Jeremy made it too easy. He spoke to my bank and also sorted a lawyer for me. I recommend Jeremy Kartolo for buying or selling your next property. Once again thanks so much Jeremy for all your hard work and getting us into investment property.

Tracey has made a difficult situation easy. We choose Tracey as she had sold a previous home of ours and we had bought through her. This meant we already had a trusting relationship with her. She didn’t let us down when made the reluctant decision to downsize. We appreciated the professionalism, advice and guidance. She was confident about the sale yet still sensitive to our situation. We thankfully had a quick sale that meant we could look positively to next steps. Thanks Tracey and the Harcourts team, we knew we were in good hands 😊.
